How many high school reunions have you been to and was it as fun as you thought it would be?…some of mine have been fun,others pure boredom…seems it depends on who shows up!!Next one will be a 30 year,but,you would never tell I am that old!lol

No I do not go they are just about bragging and i have better things to do.You do see old friends but only for that night rarely do they stay in contact.

My ten year reunion is next month. I never even considered going. I am no longer friends with anyone from high school. I was never one of the “popular” kids either. A lot of these people didn’t speak to me in school, so why would I want to see them now? High School was not the best years of my life. lol

My first reunion will be comming up soon (or so I’ve been told by an acquantance at the gym). I will be avoiding this particular reunion. So, the count will always be a zero!

2009 will be my 30 year, and they are not as much fun as the 10 year was. It seems that either they are mellowing or can’t get out of the 70’s. The 70’s were fun but I refuse to grow up!!!!!!!!Class of 79 forever.

yeah, my 30 year one would be this june. i was part of the counterculture then, so i’ve skipped all the reunions that have been held. i have kept in touch with a few people from those days though. the reunions i went to was when i toured with the dead, and now with phil lesh and friends. class of 1976, the bicentennial class!

I went to my 5 year and was miserable — no one I wanted to see was there, and everyone was still in their high school cliques. I haven’t been to one since…. my 30 will be in a couple of years, so maybe I’ll try it again.

Well I have been to my 10, 20, and 30 year reunions and it seems the same folks show up…
Some have died of course, or they live too far away I suppose…
It is a nice get-together I think…
It is nice to see old classmates you went to school with and see how they look and what they are doing with their life…
As for fun, I can’t say it is fun because I am married and not looking for a date, so I usually show up only cause I went to school with them and want to see old classmates…

I don’t go to class reumions. I didn’t keep in touch with anyone from all those years go and have no desire to see them now. When I get invitations in the mail I write “Not at this address” and send it back to them. I don’t like junk mail lol.

I’ve been trying to decide whether I’m going to go to my first reunion since I left high school. It’s coming up in a year or two, so I guess I should decide soon. Anyone else have advice?
